Hi! I’m Rachel, a UX/UI Designer in Los Angeles.
My passion lies in bridging the gap between brands and consumers. I strive to establish that connection by designing beautiful, usable, and memorable products.
I’ve been designing digital experiences for 5 years—from organizing content as the Web Editor for UCI’s Incite Magazine to redesigning websites as the UX/UI Designer & SEO Strategist at Animal Behavior College to assisting product launch as the UX/UI Designer for RBME.
I love using data—both qualitative and quantitative—to drive product design decisions. My love for research, data, and storytelling can be rooted in my background in journalism. It is also in my education and experience that I’ve learned to be objective and let the data and content inform design.
My innate curiosity has led me to learn design and front-end development. And it’s my motivation to do better (in all aspects of life) and help people that keep me going.
I have a B.A. in Literary Journalism from University of California, Irvine, as well as a certificate in User Experience & Customer-Centered Design from California State University, Fullerton.
Aside from design, my interests include music, food, fashion, and outdoor activities.
