Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a UX/UI designer, writer, and marketing strategist.
My passion is helping companies provide value to their users through meaningful design. I strive to design marketable products that balance both customer goals and business objectives.
Coming from a journalism background, I have a knack for using research and data to solve design problems. The more challenging the problem, the better.
Before user experience design, I developed a content strategy that grew a blog’s traffic from 580 to 11,000 new users per month, drove 21.4% more organic traffic to a non-profit’s website, and wrote (am still writing) a slew of marketing materials.
I have a B.A. in Literary Journalism from University of California, Irvine, as well as a certificate in User Experience & Customer-Centered Design from California State University, Fullerton.
During my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my husband and our two cats.
